A 60-minute massage at Selah is $100 to $120, and first-time clients can book Elizabeth’s 60-minute welcome session for $89. Couples massage is $360 for 90 minutes, with two therapists working in the same room at the same time. We publish every price rather than making you call to ask.

Massage at Selah is delivered by two independent licensed therapists who practise here: Samuel Quintero of Calma Bodywork and Elizabeth of Healing Breeze Health & Beauty. You book with the therapist directly, and you see their real availability before you commit.

Swedish massage

The classic full-body massage. Long, flowing strokes and steady pressure to settle the nervous system. Choose this if you want to switch off rather than work on a specific problem.

Deep tissue massage

Slower and firmer, working into the layer beneath the surface muscle. For knots that have been there a while, desk shoulders, and lower backs that never quite let go.

Sports massage

Built around what your body actually does. Useful before an event, after one, or on a repetitive strain that keeps coming back.

Couples massage

Two therapists, two tables, one room. Booked together for the same hour. The most requested booking at Selah and worth reserving ahead for a birthday or anniversary.

Prenatal massage

Side-lying and properly supported, by a therapist trained for pregnancy. For the hips, the lower back and the swelling that comes with the later months.

Manual lymphatic drainage (post-op)

Very light, rhythmic work that moves fluid rather than muscle. Commonly booked after cosmetic surgery. Bring your surgeon's clearance.

Reflexology

Focused pressure through the feet. A shorter appointment that suits a lunch break, and a good first massage if a full-body table session feels like a lot.

Therapeutic and wellness massage

Between Swedish and deep tissue. Pressure adjusted as the hour goes, addressing what turns up rather than following a fixed routine.

Botanical Relief and Signature massage

Elizabeth's own treatments. Botanical Relief adds warmed botanical oils; the Signature is her longest and most complete session.

Spa experiences and packages

Massage combined with facial work in one appointment. The half-day options are the closest thing to a spa day in Polk County.

Questions

How much is a massage in Livingston, TX?

At Selah a 60-minute massage starts at $100 with Sam and $105 with Elizabeth, and first-time clients can book Elizabeth's 60-minute welcome session for $89. Sessions run from $100 to $265 depending on length and type. Every price is published on this page rather than quoted on the phone.

Do you do couples massage?

Yes. Two therapists work in the same room at the same time, so you are both on the table together. It is 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $220, $300 or $440. It is the most requested booking at Selah, so give it more notice than a single appointment, especially for a weekend or an anniversary.

What is the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?

Swedish uses long flowing strokes at a lighter, steady pressure and is meant to relax you. Deep tissue is slower and firmer and works into the layer beneath the surface muscle to release knots that have settled in. If you want to switch off, book Swedish. If something specific hurts, book deep tissue.

Are your massage therapists licensed in Texas?

Yes. Both hold current Texas massage therapy licences. Samuel Quintero practises as Calma Bodywork and Elizabeth practises as Healing Breeze Health & Beauty. Elizabeth also holds a Texas esthetics licence.

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes, 60 minutes at $120, side-lying and supported with cushioning. Tell us how far along you are when you book. Most therapists prefer to work after the first trimester; if you are unsure, check with your midwife or doctor first.

Can I book a massage without booking a facial?

Yes. Massage books directly with the therapist and stands on its own. If you would rather have both in one visit, the spa experiences combine massage and facial work in a single appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

A single 60-minute session can often be found within the week. Couples massage, the 120-minute sessions and the half-day spa experiences need more notice because they take two therapists or a long block.
